reminder that these people who are sending you hate know nothing about you. they may know you’re name, the url of your blog, and maybe the fact that you’re dealing with some stuff from a personal tag but they don’t know you and because of that they don’t know whats best for you.

do not listen to an anonymous message sent by someone who is most likely placing their own insecurities on you to make themselves feel better. its sick, but these are some of the kinds of people in this world. but the majority of people want you to stay safe and want you to be okay.

• turn off anonymous messaging. i know there are some nice anons out there, but eliminating the approach they’re using can most likely rid you as a target. or they may even get themselves revealed.
• get off of tumblr. if it is becoming too much, try and clear your head away from all the messages. delete the hate and talk to a friend. talk to someone who can tell you all the reasons you deserve to be apart of this world because you do.
• listen to some music. calm yourself down by listening to tracks on 8tracks or pandora or your ipod. this can get you shaken up so focusing on a calming noise can help you calm down.
• listen to those sending you love. if you haven’t received any love yet, heres some. your life is worth living and you deserve happiness just like countless of others and i hope one day you can succeed in achieving all your goals, but in order to do that you need to stay alive long enough to reach them. you are a talented soul, you have potential and purpose in this world. you mean something to somebody. you’re going to get through this. don’t give up on yourself. i love you
